Well, I'll tell you one thing....Don't go on that crusade against Cairo about 20 turns in... It' much to soon to take on the Turks and they will kick your ass before any of the other countries even get there...

Spoiler Alert, click show to read:

    1) Get unrest and whatnot under control
    2) churches and priests are a must
    3) make alliances with Teutons, Armenia, Byzantium, and now Georgia as well
    4) take Damascus, Aleppo, and Edessa asap
    5) once you got this area secure take Gaza with a couple stacks and next turn immediately afterwards call a crusade on Cairo and take that...this will cripple Egypt pretty decently and you should be able to chip away at them from here

Hopefully you are able to do this before Egypt and the Turks make an alliance but if not then you'll probably have to watch your back...hopefully your alliances with Armenia, Byzantium, and Georgia will also keep the Turks in check. Either way you need to take the battle to at least one of these two early on (I prefer Egypt that way when I start focus on Turks there's no one at my back except a desert) because if you sit still then be prepared for attacks from both sides and a possible Jihad.

    thanks Aszrayel,

Well, which city should i take first Damascus (to strengthen my economy) or or Alep (to secure my northen border) ?

    - on the first turn, i get allied with teuton ( i offered peace/alliance/map agains alot of florin) but after, should i take there caste or keep my alliance ( during the 4or5 turn ) ?

-should i get allied with Ayubides and turks...how long will our alliance survive ?

I usually take Damascus then Aleppo then Edessa. I don't worry about taking Acre at this point. I didn't do so until I destroyed Egypt . Make sure you are building money making things in those cities once you get your religious structures built...you are going to need it. Once you have those settlements start preparing troops to take Gaza (you can probably take Gaza while you take the other settlements as well to further decrease the chances of Egypt getting too strong). After taking Gaza get a General and seven of your units you used to take Gaza and call the Crusade the next turn filling the rest of that army up with Crusader units. I believe I did this somewhere between 1190 and 1195 (think more towards 1190 though).
