Default Rome total war won't uninstall

Hi, I have been having problems with trying to uninstall rome total war. I unistalled rome in control panel, but then when the autoplay comes up it says play. Also I found some files left in the drive, but they won't delete. I don't know if it has to do with windows vista.

I have the exact same problem with XP SP2. I wish I could help.
My heart goes out to you, bro.

It may have left some traces of itself in the registry.

To delete (Only do this if you are confident with computers): (This is XP BTW, I don't have Vista)

    Click Start, Run.

Type in "regedit" without the quotes.

    Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\The Creative Assembly

Then delete the Rome - Total War folder. Or if RTW is the only thing by CA that you have installed then just delete the entire CA folder.

You can back up your registry in case things so wrong. Click File, Export and then if you mess it up click File, Import to revert back to the old registry
