City of Vice

Is anyone else watching the series City of Vice on Channel 4? I haven't seen any threads about it around here.

It's a historical drama about the Bow street Runners of London in the middle of the 18th Century. It has some excellent acting in it and hasn't ignored some of the more risque parts of Georgian society (it is all about catching criminals after all). The past episodes are all on 4 on Demand if anyone is interested in catching up and the next episode is on Channel 4 at 9 tonight.

It's pretty good, although I think the first couple of episodes were pretty laboured
