Short question about win conditions

Hi,

could someone please tell me which file contains the description of the win conditions that show up in the faction selction menu? it because i´m german and i´m currently translating a mod into german, but i can´t find the damn text file that controls what shows up there!

You want data/world/maps/campaign/imperial_campaign/descr_win_conditions.txt.

sorry, i think i did not explain it exactly : i know the file you mentioned, but this is not the text that shows up when you select a faction in the imperial campaign menu. it doesn´t say take_rome or something else, it says become emperor, for example. there has to be a file that is related to the descr_win_conditions that contains this descriptions.

Ah sorry, I misunderstood, K, next guess is you're looking for data/text/menu_english.txt.

i did that but i´m not able to find something, it took me hours searching for this, it HAS to be somewhere....do you have another idea?

Define "something".
Are you actually looking for the faction description that you see when you select a campaign? That`s in campaign_descriptions in Rome - Total War/data/text.

i was lookin´for the description of the goals you have to fullfill in order to win the campaign. In the meantime i solved it, i don´t know how, but now they are translated.
