Broken crescent doesn't start

Hey i'm new here, and I was very happy to see the broken crescent mod.
I have download it and install it and i have a desktop shortcut icon.
But the mod doesn't start

did you have the correct version of medieval?
my medieval version is 1.2.

it's also the 1.2 version of med 2

Hi, Fezz,

In your MTW2 root directory (not the broken_crescent file), there should be a bat file named bc_launch. Click on this and see if it starts BC. Hope it helps.

Have you got a folder named 'broken_crescent' in your MTWII root directory?

yea. 'Broken crescent2' is the patch

I didn't unlock all the factions. That's no problem right?
P.S. i'm shuting off my computer, so I will answer tomorrow
