First time I've seen this. I think he got bugged or something. Everything was great, then I saw this riderless horse running away.It was actually pretty cool and made the battle more realistic, but I don't think it was intended.

Riderless Horse?
Applying Occam's Razor to word length gives us:
Ghost Rider. Your stables are cursed.
I have this happen a lot to the E. Christian general units.
KIA
It's been a bug in BC for a long time. I discussed it with Mirage on many occasions but neither of us made any attempt at fixing it.
I personally believe it's caused by giving generals/captains shields.
Cheers
No, it isn't a bug in BC. I, along, with many others, have never experienced this. It seems to be system related.
But l'll probably do poll soon to gauge how many have experienced this for sure.
Shield could be the problem. My generals have shield attribute for that object (I assume others too), yet the MDB initializes them without shield. Its either merging the shield with the rest fof the body, or declaring it in the mdb correctly. We can try with the new mdb first.
I have only seen this once, the Georgian Face masked General but only when he has been hit by a sword or arrow once and then he automatically turns invisible.:hmmm:
If you notice in the picture the person disappears not the shield aswell
I fought against a rebel town once (with bc ofc) and the general defending it had a silver surfer skin.
Is it possible that all the people experiencing this error are using Kingdoms? I know that I am. That would explain why only some people get it... just a guess. :hmmm:
Yup. Happens sometimes. Didn't meanage to understand why and when. MO (modus operandi) is a mistery.![]()
If you ask me that must be the coolest bug I've ever seen.![]()
I would like to see more men thrown from their mounts after a charge and during fighting. Knights getting pulled from their horses and riderless horses wandering the battlefield. Well I can dream....it is kind of a neat bug. Never seen it for myself though.
Sorry for double post(the thread I started). Is there no fix for this?
Sure it's just aesthetic, but i guess if that's the case we'd all be happy with peasant unit cards and peasant models on the battle field.
With me, happens with my Georgia King/Family members. Yes they wear masks like in one of the posts above. Yes he has a shield.
He's visible when the battle starts. I only notice this inside towns/castles, but may also be happening in field battles.
