No. Says so right on the box.

I don't know about the steam ver, but I have the box ver of M2:TW and the D2D ver of Kingdoms and that works just fine.

I don't need disks to run the game as either M2 or King. Mods install fine. All seems hunky dory.

you can just use the code on the box, type it into steam, and steam will add it to the list of games.
