How to create a new faction in BI?

I don't know if this is in the right place, if it isn't I apologize.

I heard it was possible to create ONLY ONE faction in BI and I want to do it, but how do I do that?

Any help will be appreciated.

nope, you can create one new culture for BI

its already got max number of factions so you can't add one, but you can convert one of the ones that don't come into play so much.

But I want to change the faction COMPLETELY, including colors, banner and units they can train.

well yep, just change one part at a time, till you've changed everything about them


Do it slowly and keep back-ups of each stage you get working.

All the information is in the tutorials sections, here or at Org.


Decide which faction you want to change and then which bit to start on, say banners.... get all that done then sort out the units / recruitement next.

you should change your faction cultur and in descr_sm_faction banners in banners and loading_screen unit in export_descr_unit
you also read som tutorial in this wonderful forum.
