    Default Carthage and reforms

    Hello.

I've just read in the readme that Carthaginian civic troops get significantly improved after the reforms. Do these happen at the same time as the Marian reforms? And what happens if Rome falls before they take place?

    Excuse my rather noobish questions.

I didn't know Carthage was improved after Marius. You learn something new every day, I suppose. Then again, I probably should take the time to read that read-me.

Deiphobos: If Rome falls before the reforms occur - then no one gets the post-reform units. That's annoying, but hard to change.

Scutarii: Only the Civic units are affected. They get a 2 exp bonus after the reforms, which makes them similar in quality to other units in their classes.

Thank you for the replies and thank you for clarifying the improvements. I thought there would be new units after the reforms. But extra experience should do the trick... hopefully.
