    Default Unit Stats

    Is it possible to mess with the stats of the units in DLV. is their a specific file?

    Yes you can.

    I think it is the descr_strat file.... but I am not 100% sure.

    The file you are looking for is the export_desc_units file (also know as the EDU). It can be found in the DLV/data/ directory.
