I did it!,The mod animations work !,the trick consist in doing what Caliban indicates, but the key is erasing the files (*.dat *.idx files) simultaneously as it MTWII generates in mymod/animations folders.

The MTWII must execute in a window for to erase the files while the game is loaded . They must be unpacked animations in MTWII\data\ animations..You should be able to delete your data\animations\*.dat *.idx files.
Even, it is not necessary , write in the config [util]
no_animdb = true, But if write best .
In this example four animations that move the bison_rocket_crew .
Rocket_elephant_crew_Die
Rocket_elephant_crew_fire
Rocket_elephant_crew_idle
Rocket_elephant_crew_reload
I transform them into the alone one ,Rocket_elephant_crew_Die , they are the same ( Die ) with different names , so that in the rider instead of loading the rocket launcher dies and falls down for the mount of the bison as is seen in the image.
