Yep, the same ones that you can use in the grand campaign.

The only differences are that they've added new units, traits and ancillaries.

the cheats for kingdoms are the same as they are for the vanilla version here are some (to access these press the tilde button directly beneath the esc button, then type in exactly as written here ):
    toggle_fow No fog of war
    add_money 40000 adds 40000 florins (max amount)
rogan adds elephant artillery to an army (have an army selected when you put this code in)
These are just a few, most common i hear of in use

character_reset "character name" --> resets the character back to full movement
show_cursorstat --> gives x and y coordinates of the point your mouse is hovering over
move_character "character name", x, y --> moves the character to this destination instantly (get the coordinates with show_cursorstat)
process_cq "Settlement name" --> finishes construction on the first building in the queue (raise taxes before doing this and your governors will be better administrators)
give_trait/give_ancillary "character name or this" "trait/ancillary" x--> pretty self explanatory, there is a list in one of the sticky pages for the Medieval 2 discussion page. (example: give_trait this GoodCommander 5)
    remove_trait/remove_ancillary
auto_win attacker/defender --> makes you win or lose when you use autocalc, I use this for naval battles.

I have a question about cheating in hotseat.
Is it possible to turn off "autoresolve battles only" and to turn on console, when it's blocked? I think it can be done, because I've been suspecting that one of my friends know some tricks. He does things which seems to be impossible.

Anyway, what bugs can I find in hotseat mode which are usefull in game?

I can't believe that someone with the handle lucipher the malevol would need help finding cheats! Howsomeever, there is a long thread here with some references to the traits and how to add and remove them but it is rather time consuming and tedious to go through. The list of traits is confusing because the titles that show up on a unit's card don't correspond necessarily to the name that you have to type in on the console to modify the trait. Ancillary modification is a pain also because they are not capitalized or run together but are connected with an underlining. Sometimes they are backwards, such as "magician_pagan" for Pagan Magician. That only took me about 20 minutes to figure out. But hey, I really am old (and slow, I'm a lawyer).
