    Default change date

Im trying to just get to the marian reforms really fast so I can conquer the world with em. So far Iv got 50 something provinces, some in iberia, africa Italy parts of lower gaul, northern greece and epirius and thrace. So I wanted to use the date cheat to jump to 172 but not working anyone know anything that might help. Websites say its simply date (year) but iv had no luck.

Marian reforms aren't tied to a date, the FAQ in the org should explain how you get them. I'm not sure of any cheat to enable you to get them right away.

Go over to the Org and search the unofficial modding subforum. There are a couple threads talking about how to change the reform requirements.

You can change the reforms just by editing the file EBBS_SCRIPT which is in EB/Data/Script/Show me.

When you open it just look for "Roman Reforms" and change what you want to change the trigger of the reforms.

As is in FAQ, one way to achieve the marian reform is to conquer 90 settlements, just like we see below:

    ;Unconditional Reforms
    monitor_event FactionTurnEnd FactionType seleucid
    and I_CompareCounter Romanii_Reform = 1
    and I_NumberOfSettlements seleucid > 89
    set_counter Romanii_Reform 2
    set_counter MarianReformsAdvisor 1
    terminate_monitor
    end_monitor

This is too much!! You can instead just change the number 89 for something like, I don´t know..... 15, maybe?! But keep in my mind that the marian reform will only happen AFTER that the polybian reform occurred.

This is totally compatible with save games.

Can I remove the other requirements like the character traits and just require a settlement limit and latifundai.
