    Default transfer error

    I bought this game rome total war today its from creative assembly. and so i tried to install it, but while installing the first disk an error message came out.

    Feature Transfer error
    Feature: Rome: Total War data
    file: E:/data2.cab
    error: DAta error (cyclic redundancy check)

    My last rometotal was activision and it installed fine

    i need help on this

    Where did you buy the game from? It appears as if the disk could be damaged in some way.
