In DLV 4.0.3 (or later DLV iterations as well), does setting the campaign difficulty to VH still cause the AI to be insanely opposed to ceasefires no matter the conditions? I'm not sure if the DLV campaign AI has been set not to do this, or if it's just a hardcoded vanilla "feature" and if "Hard" difficulty would be better for us slower, more strategic role-playing types...
