I usually give everything a 'once over' when I do a save game and quite for the night. I was amazed to see the Pope was 108!!! He's still kickin' too. If he makes it to 115, I'm thinkin' bug???

Just thought I'd share.

Individual's age is to 110 I thing.

Yep 110 it is and the next turn a character automatically dies. I can't believe you have a Pope that old though

I had a Cardinal that lived to 108. He was surprisingly sprightly for his age too. He must have converted half of the Russian steppes before he pegged it.

What funny, when this pope was 86 I started 'misbehaving'. Figured he'd die soon and I had at least 6-7 votes from the 'cards' between me and my allies. Go figure.

Lol thinking about that , It would be fun if, the more piety someone have the older they can live ^^ , some kind of God protection or something , who knows ^^ I'm a read some scrips and see if it can be done

It feels like whenever im being a naughty Catholic the Pope lives forever! As soon as i try playing nice with all of God's children and seek help from the Pope with fighting Pesky muslims the little git snuffs it and some peacefull pope comes along! Grrr!
Be interested to find out how long his successor lives when the pope finally snuffs it in yoru campaign!

Update (for those who care):

First Pope died at the ripe old age of 109. Second Pope, elected at 99 and died at 104. Third Pope, elected at 67 or and is still in charge at 90. My freakin' King is in his mid-90's as well. Everyone lives forever in this campaign.

lucky! all the characters I roleplay as kick it while they're in their 30s...it's what I love about this feature, though: no more waiting around for your character to die promptly at age 60.

Great to see that everyones enjoying the random ages! I groomed a very decent heir only for him to snuff it at 37 and the current, incompetant no authority King stay that was unil 107! Even his grandkids were dead by the time he finally snuffed it!
