Default Best justifications ever..."it kinda makes sense"

My other trade post got me thinking, what are my best justifications ever for either bad game logic or cheating. I tend to role play the game in my head, so I always seem to come up with some reason why it "kind of makes sense."

On cheating, the only one I use is add_money, but I always end up telling myself "if I really felt like spending the time on it, I could have made an extra XX,XXX last turn, so I deserve it."

On the bad game logic, I remember telling myself it kinda made sense that all my cavalry would have been able to get to the top of a mountain at the start of a tactical map that has no way down the mountain to the enemy because their knees couldn't support their weight going downhill so they walked up a one way path...

Only one I've ever used was auto_win defender.

I've used it a few times. When I was allies with a boardering faction. Had little forces at the neighboring cities and was fighting a battle on another front.

Then out of nowhere, they break treaty and lay seige to my city with 2 archers and 3 spearman in it. I consider this unfair. Had I known they would just stab me in the back, I could have easily defended my city.

    Therefore I autowin
