    Default 2 questions

I have just started playing 58BC: Caesar Imperator and would first of all like to congratulate the developers for creating such a fantastically historical mod.

However I have two questions I would be grateful for asistance with.

    1. How do you turn the banners off for battles?

    2. I have a unreasonable hatred of the vanilla rome total war music. I was wondering if there is any way I could either copy or edit the music files so that I could have the rtr platinium music in the game instead of the vanilla music

thanks for any help in advance

just go to the preference folder on your 58 bc folder.. then open the preference txt. file and then find the code which says show banners: it is current;y set on TRUE so replace it into FALSE.. And about the sound mod.. we will have to ask someone else cause I dont know how... but anyway.. there are several music mods in the download section of TWC... It is likely they have instructions on how to change the music for the game....

    Enjoy 58bc....

i seem to be having problems with modding the music as it is a mod based on bi which seems to mod music differently to rtw vanilla. anyone have any other suggestions. doesn't seem to be many music add-ons in the downloads section either

There are some tutorials about adding your own music. Unfortunately most music mods that are released are illegal, and are deleted.

This issue has been reported a couple of times both during beta-testing and by one player, if I remember correctly. It is really weird and, unfortunately, we have not found an explanation for it yet. Please try to start a new game or load another save-game and let us know if the problem also happens there too.

don't worry i managed to find out what i did wrong

i hadn't ended a a turn when i saved for this first time which was why the script messed up i think

btw with the first helveti mission if you succeed do any remaining armies they have disappear? I fought all the armies in the province and pushed them out but they are still there bordering it. i thought they melted away
