I am playing the Romani and I am destroying the Carthaginians. Do I leave the landmarks in Sardinia and Lilibeo, to name a few. They aren't Roman so they give me a culture penalty, I think, do I get their bonuses or is it just better to demolish it?

The building description scroll shows the bonuses the building gives for the current owner. So if you have conquered the town and their screens still show a bonus, you will receive that bonus too. If not, you can tear them down for a bit of cash. The culture penalty is determined mostly by the culture of the governor's residence, though.
Thank you, so if it shows no bonus and just gives the historical relevance it is useless to me? I can make an easy 10k mnai from Lilibeo?
It's a role-playing thing. Do you want to destroy the ancient wonders of a region just for a little money?
Yeah, I had figured. If they don't affect me badly I do not see why I would destroy them. I can save them for dire circumstances.
