how do you change victory conditions half way thru a campaign, i am in second place and i attacked rapjut (cant remember the name) and next thing you know i am attacked by the ERE, and omani and that same time and i need some more time to take care of them both. plz tell me how i can extend some time so that i can kick there ass with out time running out

So you play Makuria and expand to India to beat the Rajputs? Haha, good one. You should beat Omani first, imo =) LOL, these Makurians gonna go berserk in BC 1.1 with ships and merchants.

search for descr_win_conditions

Take into account it won't work for your current game and you will have to start new one.

To win easier you would simply decrease number of regions needed in order to win at (I guess you play long campaign if you haven't won already).

outlive egypt

you might also delete "hold regions" entry, so you will have only to take certain number of settlements to take without specifying regions. You can also increase number of regions to let's say 100 for every other faction, so they will never win(propably) while you will have time to take just 35 settlements. Hope that helps.

By the way, since India are outside of Makuria AoR, you will only be able to recruit mercenaries and levies from towns.
