missing something in campaign_script 1.05 ?
spawn_army
faction portugal

traits GoodCommander 4 , Intelligent 2 , ReligionStarter 1 , BattleChivalry 3 , trategyChivalry 3, Loyal 3

etc...
this should be:

there' s the same problem at the end, in "MAMLUK RISING", for the ayubids armies.

On a similar note, I've never seen any garrison script in action, is it out or am I missing something?

I haven't seen too, and one user proved garrison scripts to not work ... or at least perceived them as not-working. Anyway, like said, haven't seen any in action yet. If AI could place their troops in settlement instead of popping it outside ... yet, how to make AI do that? For a second I thought that free upkeep slots make AI garrison more troops in settlements along with decreased happiness bonus from garrisoning settlements and without happiness bonus of H and VH difficulties.

we can see there is just 2 conditions: "< 20 units" and "owner = egypt".
when i attack qahira or damas, no one of this troops appears :hmmm:
