do you click on the right shortcut? and are you sure you installed in the correct folder?

Is it supposed to be in The Creative Assembly folder? Because thats were I installed it to, and there is a folder there called eb, but its almost empty.

It has to be installed to the same folder you installed RTW to. The default install location for EB doesn't work for everyone, since RTW has so many different default install locations.

Ok thanx guys, I reinstalled it and it works fine now.
