    After 3 years of work, I have a strange problem; by mistake, using Geomod changed the names of some regions, I added two, and there was a CTD I partly solved by correcting the names. however, it's not all right, when I start a new campaign, the game starts, and then when it comes out of the game, the game falls. error log does not record anything and this in the picture is the only one that proves that something is wrong. Does anyone have an idea of which file has not yet been fixed?

    What do you mean, 'the game start and then when it come out of the game, the game fall'? What is wrong in these pictures, I can't see, those ressources you pointed looks alright? Is it a crash soon after the campaign start loading you mean? Does it crash no matter what faction you pick?

    resource tin - not apples, resource tobacco - not glass, resource chocolate - not weapons. game start with new campaign, no matters what faction, but CTD on exit.

    By going to where you downloaded the mod - it's not supported here on TWC as it does not respect the wishes of modders.

    Hi, can anyone give me some advice? I play mod total vanilla, I've edited several regions and one faction.. the game works great, battles too.. but if I want to run the saved game then m2tw turns off and I get a CTD..if I start a new campaign game works properly, but after saving I do not want to load the saved game and I have to start on a new one.. Can't someone give me advice?

    Somewhere in your edits you introduced a bug that allows playing but not saving. Without further info there isn't much anyone can do.

    I would suggest to reverse the changes and then re-introduce them one step at a time with testing in between. Describing which files you actually changed and what in there might give an idea.

    it can be in the descr_win_conditions file, you maybe left their old region names, you must delete them or replace them with the new region names,(if you changed the region names)(fix by druvator) the file is in data/world/campaign/imperial_campaign

    Thanks stevie - from the description I did assume that he hadn't changed the data names (in curly brackets) of regions, only the display names.

    It involves several graphics - do have a look into this tutorial of mine, it has a section about coat of arms that you should be able to adapt to an existing faction.

    Coat of Arms files - page 6 in the guide. Apologies here - it doesn't deal with eh individual, existing files.

    In short - you need to replace the following files:

    data\banners: look for the 'symbol' file that contains the symbol of your faction and replace that section
    data\menu\symbols\fe_buttons24: look for the name of your faction and replace the 4 files
    data\menu\symbols\fe_buttons48: look for the name of your faction and replace the 4 files
    data\menu\symbols\fe_buttons80: look for the name of your faction and replace the file
    data\ui\faction_symbols: look for the name of your faction and replace the file

    The last one is a bit tricky as you may need to replace the symbol in every culture based file:

    data\ui\[culture name]\interface\sharedpage_01.tga: look for the faction symbol and replace it
    data\ui\[culture name]\interface\stratpage_01 to 04.tga: look for the faction symbol and replace it

    All of this requires for these files to be unpacked and the game be mod compatible.

    Install my Bare Geomod base mod set up, then unpack the game and copy the necessary files into Bare Geomod's directory. After editing start Bare Geomod instead of the main game, there will be desktop shortcut for it.

    Thank you, I changed the symbols 24,48,80 . now in the menu shows my new coat of arms but on the campaign map the coat of arms is old and I do not know how to change it.

    The problem is, I don't know how to replace them, I don't know how to do it, do I need a program for that?

    Hello, I want to ask, I formed a faction from an already existential faction. The problem is that I have added soldiers, I have exchanged generals from the Middle East for Europian generals, but in battle the general still has bodygars from the Middle East... Anyone's advice to change that?
