can someone plz tell me the diffenre between normal axemen and horde axemen??

you can't recruit the horde axemen, they don't have upkeep and when you capture a city they might dissapear. other than that i haven't noticed actual differences, but i don't play Germania much.

About a third of horde units are lost when occuping a city, as a horded faction. So when the faction takes its third city all horde units remaining disappear. When a faction is in horde upkeep is only payed on non-faction native units i.e. mecenaries. These are the rules from barbarian invasion.

As far as stats go, there are no differences between horde units and the equivalent regular units.
