I'm playing 5.2 patch, everything is cool , but... When I hit end turn button I have to wait for about 6 minutes until my turn comes. I have already tried those tips in FAQ but they don't help... Is there any other way to solve this problem?![]()

Did you just have a faction wiped off the map? If so, the next turn will take a while to allow the horde ability to start. Do push ups and flutter kicks while you wait![]()

Until 5.3 is out:
1. play without the garrison script (custom campaign)
2. play DLV Kingdoms, there are smaller maps etc., what make time between turns shorter
3. upgrade your computer^^

Besides, when I uncheck shadows in campaign map or do other changes, after restarting Mtw those changes are back to the previous state, i mean shadows are marked agan and etc... Maybe thats the probem, although I doubt![]()
So I take it you are playing with fog of war on and have 'follow ai movements' unchecked? Also which version are you playing (full, no garrison, vanilla)? The biggest things on turn times are the bigger map and the garrison script.
I also have the same problem... after about 1230 or so, no matter what faction I'm playing, it takes several minutes to get through a turn. I have all the campaign shadows off and everything, and I'm using the vanilla script. I even edited the campaign to remove a bunch of the minor factions and I still get lots of lag.
One thing I've noticed is that my campaign maps lags a LOT when i look at regions that have a lot of trade... maybe the models for the caravan and trading ships are too detailed for lower-end computers?
I play full campaign, unchecked everything that is necessary and ofcourse, fog of war... PC is quite normal too: video card radeon xt 550 256 mb, amd sempron 3400, about 1500 RAM. The turns shouldn't take a lot of time.
