Nope, not normal at all, these icons should be in tact. Are you using the .rar version? You must have missed some folder during the installation procedure... If it is the .rar version you're using, extract the files once more and put everything that lies into the extracted_folder/data/UI folder inside the bi/ci/data/UI folder and see if it works. Otherwise, I suggest you reinstall 2.0b and then the latest patch (2.5).

That look suspiciously like the old pre 2.0b build (2.0) which should no longer be available. Some sites may still have that link. It is easily remedied by applying the 2.1 and then the 2.2 patch. Then patch up to the latest patch (2.5).

Gah, I didn't think anyone would have the old 2.0 by now... The links to these two patches (which are OBSOLETE for anyone who has 2.0b) can be found at the end of the release thread in our official forums HERE. After installing these two, reinstall the 2.5 patch, as MoN said. I believe you won't be able to continue with your save-game though.
