Help needed
Hi everybody!
I need some help. I just bought Medieval II: Total War a day ago. I installed it then when I tried to launch it there's some error: "Medieval 2 Total War encountered an unspecified error and will now exit". What's causing this? I have a Pentium IV 2.4 GHz processor, 512 MB RAM and a ATI Radeon 9600 Pro graphics board.
Thanks for helping.

Re: Help needed
Just to make sure even thought you have stated some of your system specs
Do all of your system requirements meet the minimum requirements of the game ? I suggest uninstalling and try and install again. Some times this happens i had the same problem and reinstalled it and it worked fine

Re: Help needed
I think yes. The only thing that can't meet the requirements is the graphics board (it requires at least the ATI Radeon 9600 SE), but I checked the system.log file and it says something like this:
... preferences\player.txt is missing
... preferences\keys.dat is missing
... preferences\keys.dat is missing
I already reinstalled the game and nothing. I have the latest drivers for my graphics board. Changed the resolution from 1280x768 to 1024x768 and nothing. I didn't install any patches or other things.
