Some ancillaries not showing up?

While playing (KoJ), I noticed that my favourite ancillaries, doctor, physician, apothecary, architect, etc., weren't showing up at all, so I took a look in the export_descr_ancillaries file and noticed that some ancillaries had their triggers disabled, however, the ones I was interested in did not. When I loaded my game back up, I tried using the give_ancillary cheat to give my generals the ancillaries that way, but even that didn't work. The cheat went through ok, but the ancillary still didn't show up (and no, they didn't have the maximum amount of ancillaries). I tried other ancillaries with the cheat, and some worked and some didn't. Is this meant to be like this, or is a some kind of bug?

Hmm, I just started playing a Ghorid campaign, and all of the traits that didn't work for KoJ are working for the Ghorids. I wonder if it's something with KoJ? :hmmm:
