Video/Game Settings Reset(Every Startup)

Every time I start the mod my video and game settings(from the main menus) are result to the default. I have a widescreen monitor and I need to change the resolution every time before I play. This also applys to game settings, such as the camera settings(free look/ rts style...)

This problem does not occur in vanilla.

Not a huge deal, take 30 seconds - but it is very annoying. If you could shed some light on this that would be appreciated.

thats because every time you change settings only your MTW2.cfg changes not you bc.cfg. I suggest, appl;y setting you wish, exit game, and then manually update your bc.cfg according to the video/audio settings in your mtw2.cfg. I don't know whether there is more intelligent way to do it, but that’s how I did it too.

"Easier" way.
Change settings exit BC, go into your mtw2 folder and open configfixer.bat

This file will copy setting and lauch BC with setting you set before.

This worked, thank you very much. I did have to restart my computer first(the game would not initially start after config fixer). It may have been complicated by steam. Either way, it works perfect now!
