Touchpad and Internet Acting Strangely
Ok, so here is what is going on,
Lately my touchpad has been acting weird on my laptop. It won't act normally. Examples include: 1) When I tap the touchpad to "click" it won't respond, and so , I will have to use the button below the pad. It isn't a major problem but an extreme annoyance.
2) The mouse does not seem to know where I want it to go. I will slide my finger across the pad towards a part of the screen, but the mouse will either stay there, or sometimes "vanish", only until I figure out it has moved all the way into the side of the screen.
3) At times, in the event that I am wanting to move the mouse vertically, instead of the mouse doing so, the computer will interpret my actions as if I am scrolling up and down. This is interesting since I have a scroll area separate from the touchpad. This is an extreme annoyance as well, because I will want to simply move the mouse up a bit, but instead I'll find myself all the way up a webpage.
And about the internet. It won't work properly, slowly, actually. Examples include: 1) Many times I will click on a button and nothing will happen. I will have to continually click on the button for the webpage to change.
2) I use Firefox, and the tab feature quite often. The internet lately has been going so slow, and sometimes not at all, that when I click for a new tab with an actual address, the tab will open up blank.
3) Webpages will not open correctly. I will attempt to load a page, and sometimes it will not open at all, open with simple text and no graphics whatsoever, or load incompletely while still saying "Done" at the bottom.
Hopefully these annoyances will be easy to understand and easy to remedy. Thanks for taking the time to read this, and thanks for any response.
