But they like having a river run through their city!
If you send up the update when cherry fixes the river, I'll make an installer out of it, and then I'll make a full installer with it included, no point making one of the old install.

I already fixed it Squid. Cherry told me how. I uploaded the Fixes too, and posted them. So give a couple days and you can start with a new installer.
Also, I have to still add all the new sprites.![]()

Gents,
On the topic of issues, the Ptolemies are missing the sprites for the Hephlatites... I think, the black African spearmen.
Yes, I hate the fact RTW is out and I still have a Japanese title. Come on now admins- let's get with the program.
Yeah, the Nabatatnathatnaean Spearmen, that's one wacky unit, I think dvk knows...
That'll get fixed when I add all the new sprites. That's going to take some time. Geez, I had no idea Tone was going to do that.

He obviously thought you didn't have enough to do, and needed some more work.

Well in all fairness, I think Tone started adding the new units himself because he got tired of all my stupid questions, so he took that off my back. So I owe him.![]()

There seems to be a problem with Tarentum, and I have no idea what it is. Quite a few players report this as well. I thought it was just Romans taking Tarentum, but if it does that with Carthage as well, there's got to be something there that's causing this to happen.....and it's always when Epirus has the settlement.

Was it a reinforcement battle? My first guess whenever it's a post battle CTD where a settlement is captured is reinforcement CTD.

I know...but why always Tarentum?

Maybe this is just me, but I've always played RS so that there are no armies near the city when I'm beseiging it. It's not always possible but I usually send a legion to chase them all off. I find this helps with the reinforcement CTD. (No one is there to reinforce!)
But with that said, there are two cities I just consider "cursed." Tarentum is one, Panormus is the other. Just bad luck, perhaps. I wonder if anyone else feels this way?
Tarentum from what i recall is surrounded by fairly open terrain.

I've had numerous problems with Corinth myself, CTD's after battle when my sieging army is hit from the outside by the Macedonians and I kick the crap out of them. I usually try to wait it out instead, having another army 'guard' the sieging army just to make sure.
Panormus and Corinth I could understand...but Tarentum is flat as a pancake, and really nothing to block anything that I can see.

could it be something to do with Epirus owning it?
