Five factions out of twenty one??

With the retrofit mod i can only choose from five factions can anyone help?

If you've got it installed in the default directory, go to C:\Program Files\SEGA\Medieval II Total War\mods\retrofit\data\world\maps\campaign\imperial_campaign and open descr_strat. Then just move the unlockable factions onto the end of the playable list.
