Game Freezes

[Primvs Sextvs Loverlord]

A Ptolomei army has besieged Alexandria which is under my control. When I attack the besieging army with another army, the game freezes as soon as I click "Start Battle" during the battle. I can arrange and group-up my forces without any problem up to that point. I noticed that just before my reinforcements are about to be shown at their position, the game freezes. Any help?

This is normal.

According to the game, the reinforcements will spawn *inside* of the lake you see.

Since the game cannot handle this, your game will freeze. Nothing can be done about it.

You could use the cheat:
auto_win attacker
...just before you initiate the battle, then auto-calc it. You should get past the crash and still have won the battle.

bah, I can't cheat =/

I didn't fight the battle and the Egyptians fell back themselves. Thanks for the input though.
