This guy had the same problem, may be he could help you, try to pm him
Look at part1 of the tutorial, everything is explained. Basically just unpack the dl in your M2TW folder and edit the files to make sure that path and file names are correct.
@ ToxicKilla Try installing patch 1.2 or 1.3
I have the latest patch, steam does it automatically
Ok. well, I can't give support for the Steam version as I don't own it. And apparently the cine-ed installation process is completely different to the boxed version.
Can some one upload their files please as the op files have died
On page 17 there is someone who uploaded the files. I don't have them on my computer right now so I can't upload the cin-ed.
im new to all this and i cant understand ne of this...i click the link provided and it gives me one file called third age cined rar, i open it w/ wordpad and this elven language or w.e (jking) comes up and where do i put the file? also i was told to download this file http://d-need.meine-hp.net/cine-ed.rar but when i type it in, it doesnt work

Sorry but I can't help you if you can't even read what is written in the post before yours. Besides, if you want to learn how to use the cine-ed, rtfm and watch the videos. BTW: It's a developer-tool, so it's not easy to learn and will take it's time - and it's nothing for donks
im srry, but i still do not kno wut todo w/ those uploaded files, im not big on this technology stuff. neways u sed it was for experienced users so that counts me out, but is there a way i can get a simple program or something to just zoom in more?
No, I don't know none. There is only Fraps and alike, that simply records what you see on your screen, and then there is the cine-ed that lets you record pre-composed cameras and scenes.
i have a problem with the cinematic editor: the second window with timeline just dont show up, its like it is invisible because it appears in task manager but not in the screen itself (kinda hard to explain this...). i have tried re-install, and im sure that everything in the .cfg files are correct, any suggestions?

Hello All, Nice to meet you, I started using your editor about a month or so a go, and was having a blast, I have had a lot of fun with it. however my machine crashed and would love to get the kingdoms cine editor back but the link is down, anyone out there have a copy of it? it would be most appreciated.
Thank you in advance
Terry

@ ELB27: It is probably to be found in the taskbar, or hidden behind your "Medieval2"-window.
@ TDPonder: Someone posted a link on page 17 or so of this thread.
@ JonCage: So, you're sure that it's the correct path that you posted, right? Try renaming your replay to some name without spaces. If that doesn't work either, check the FAQ whether there is still something that you haven't noticed yet.
sorry to be a bother, the file posted on page 17 is the plain vanilla M2TW editor, I was hoping someone may have the kingdom editor laying around.
Thank you in advance.
