hanseatic league HQ in a nonport city?

I thought the whole point of the hanseatic league was sea trade on the baltic, but I just built the headquarters in pskov, which is landlocked :o certainly not complaining, just curious at the circumstances. in the teutonic campaign, the league can only have its headquarters in cities with ports - riga, visby, etc..

Yeah. It certainly needs fixing. HQ is now available in multiple cities and also in those who aren't coastal at all...

...... even weirder... the HQ is built in pskov, right? now it's asking if I want to build the hanseatic league headquarters in mensk. wtf is going on?

I just refused to build it where it didn't belong. I chose Riga for my HQ and refused the guild in all other cities... Would be cheating.

Anyway, one could argue that they were sailing on rivers too. Thorn was a hanseatic member...

true, and novgorod had tons of trade along its river. hamburg isn't exactly on the coast either. ah well, it's still weird.
