Inter faction relations.

Does anyone know if each AI faction has some sort of internal Pope O'meter that determines it's relations with the other factions?
(ie) The Danes have a worsening relationship with the HRE due to war or is it a two state affair of war/not at war?

War lowers, alliance improves, being neutral does nothing. At least in Lusted's.

Also some factions start with an initial like/dislike towards other factions, like England and Scotland for example start with lower relations than say England and Hungary.

The Pope hates you when you fight with catholics. But he likes when your prince, your king or at least your army reach crusade target and take it.

And when you attack a crusade or a jihad, every single nation of its religion starts hating you.
