Changing Map AI

I was woundering if their is any way to change to map AI?

What I mean by that is...well I was playing this other mod and the only thing I liked about the Mod was how every faction would always build big armies and duke it out with other factions. Usually I would see that the Moors and France and HRE and other factions would build massive armies usually after the first 50 turns. Now I have not played any faction for 50 turns on SS because...well I just overwhelmed with all the factions to pick from...maybe thats my fault

But is there any mod out there like UAI or Darth that does anything like that...or does SS do it on its own without moddification within usually 50 turns.

I remember playing as Denmark up to like 40 turns and I was displeased with how HRE and Poland were letting me walk all over them and not sending any big armies to stop me.

So if anybody could redirect me that would be sweet to a mod that could change that.

also while Im making a fuss...Scotland...more land to conqure in upperland Scotland and would make Scotland a happer....well Scotland. So give a hoot and...I'll stop now.

O and Im adding a Icon for s*&$ and giggles!!!
