I need a movie maker programm

Hello ,I need a programm for cutting scenes in movies and adding them to another scene,editing scenes,spliting etc .

I have Nero 7 Ultra but something happens there after I make the scene selection and I can't record the compilation . Also it takes hell too much time to load the stuff .

I need a simpler and more literate programm . In this Nero nothing is explained nicely . You have to guess where to click and what to do yourself and still it doesn't do .

Suggestions ?

I would suggest you use either Windows Moive maker or Virtual Dub. If you needs guides and download links I would look at this site, DIVX Digest.
