Real Combat add-on

Could anyone here tell me what is “Real Combat add-on” and what benefits I can get from installing it? Where can I find it?

It's included by default in SS, otherwise there should be a thread in the mod forums.

What it does is take a very realistic approach towards armor, weapons and units in M2TW. Everything is classified a certain skill level, and various weapons have different weights/strengths/etc. It gives combat a much more realistic feel and one that is far more intuitive.
