Affected with pneumonia/scurvy

Hi,

As we all know governors have a tendancy to pick up bad traits in the city.
However I'm also getting sick of my generals almost always getting affected with pneumonia and/or scurvy.

What can I do about this?

This happens when your generals go out on campaign. Since they can't eat much (rations) they're health declines. A few turns in a city will remedy this.
