    Icon14 Edditing religion

    as the title says i would like some helpful info from the community or KK himself (hint hint) about how to change a regions religion i know there is a file called somthing regions in the SS base folder i think which u can edit the religion which i have done but it dosnt seem to work, and i am making the number percentage add up to 100% but well it still dosnt -.-. Oh and for those who actually wander why i wanna do this is making the city of Antioch start with a higher catholic religion percentage as i have already eddited it to the templars so they can put up a good fight to the peoples of islam

    oh and yeh to point anyone know how to edit the religion because region file in base folder dosnt seem to change it <----for those who dont want to read my rant

    Bacon!
    I am assumming SS 5.1 and therefore you are looking in \mods\Stainless_Steel\data\world\maps\base for the descr_regions.txt file. In this you have

    Antioch_Province
    Antioch
    turks
    Seljuk_Rebels
    13 244 165
    sugar, cotton, crusade, Mongol_Heavy_Lancers, Mongol_Heavy_Archers
    5
    7
    religions { catholic 0 orthodox 2 islam 90 pagan 0 heretic 8 }

    So I assume that you then have changed the values to increase catholic, saved and started a new campaign. That should work.

    To err is human, but to really foul things up you need a computer.
