New problem with patch 1.2

I've tried downloading it from 8 different sites but the same thing happens.When I start downloading it the downloading speed is 40-60kbs but after 1-2 hours it goes down to 10-20kbs.I've even tried downloading it on internet explorer but I'm getting the same result.Plus alot of the websites have servers in the US but I live in Ireland.Are there any sites that have servers based in UK or Ireland?

Thanks I've finally got it

.It took 6 hours.I have patch 1.1 but I heard that if u install patch 1.2 when u have 1.1 installed it damages the game.How do I remove patch1.1

I thought that only applied if you've modded the game. I installed 1.2 over 1.1 and didn't have any problems at all (at the time I had no mods installed). I suppose, though, if you want to be safe then the only way to remove 1.1 is to uninstall and reinstall ME2, then patch directly to 1.2.

Thanks I'am thinking about downloading SS4.0 mod because I heard it was the best mod for M2:TW.

I thought the most recent SS versions were only for Kingdoms?

Personally I like Pro Deo et Rege though, its worth trying out also.

Many mods install in separate modswitch folders, so its a good idea to try several mods before deciding which one to play (or at least that's how I've always done it).

I´ve always encountered problems with the whole registry cleaning with tw games so I´d go for system restore.

I was playing M2:TW but while I was playing it the game stoped and it went back to desktop and when I click on it on the toolbar it goes back to the game but after a few minutes it happens again.Is there anyway of stopping this from happening?

I've never seen that happen before. Do you have any programs running in the background (or anti-virus software popups etc?)

Notting was running in the background and I always disconnect my computer from the internet when playing games just incase a pop-up pops up.

Hmm... in that case I have no idea what is going on. Its a problem I haven't encountered before.

Perhaps someone else knows the answer - I'd try the tech support forums either here or over in the official CA forums.

Broken Crescent should be released any time soon. AFAIK it will be the only total conversion mod for m2tw so far.

I've downloaded 4 mods and I don't like 2 of them so I was wondering how do I delete them from my computer as they are taking up a good bit of memory?

Just delete their modswitch folder, and any .cfg, .bat, or .exe files associated with them.

Can I ask which 2 you chose?

I have to get rid of 3 of them now.2 of them only work on Kingdoms

.The only 1 I have left is PDER 0.4.

Well, that's definately a good choice, at least until Broken Crescent comes out. I might be a bit biased though, PDER is my favorite (at least unit Broken Crescent comes out).
