Catapults didn't exist in the Onager style until well into the AD. This is outside the timeframe of EB and would be ahistorical.

There is a variety of stone throwers and arrow-projectors available for the more civilized factions, however they are only recruitable in certain provinces, and usually in high levels MICs that may or may not be available. For example, the KH can only build their heaviest stone throwers in provinces with the Spartan Agoge as they require a level 5 factional MIC. For detailed information, consult the recruitment viewer.
