But RS changes gameplay from vanilla a lot, which IMO is a good thing, but itsn't what the OP is asking for. The closest I can think of is Darthmod or Mundus Magna, but if you don't mind gameplay being changed but still being similar to vanilla, XGM should do it. Although if you don't mind lots of change, RS is definitely a great pick.

I suggest Xgm out of those.

RTR is also quite good, but I prefer RS. I think the system requirements are quite easy to fulfill. I can play it on a 3 year old Windows XP so it shouldn't be too bad.

RS is about as good as they come imo.
"So there I am, in Sri Lanka, formerly Ceylon, at about 3 o'clock in the morning, looking for one thousand brown M&Ms to fill a brandy glass, or Ozzy wouldn't go on stage that night. So, Jeff Beck pops his head 'round the door, and mentions there's a little sweets shop on the edge of town. So - we go. And - it's closed. So there's me, and Keith Moon, and David Crosby, breaking into that little sweets shop, eh. Well, instead of a guard dog, they've got this bloody great big Bengal tiger. I managed to take out the tiger with a can of mace, but the shopowner and his son... that's a different story altogether. I had to beat them to death with their own shoes. Nasty business, really. But, sure enough, I got the M&Ms, and Ozzy went on stage and did a great show."

Yep I'd also throw in a vote for RS being the best graphics wise, although if your PC can handle it EB is also good.

From personal experience, EB, then RTR. Have yet to try RS.

Default Is there any Bronze Age mods out there?

I'm not sure this is the right forum or not, but I was wondering if there were any teams that had made a mod completely based on the bronze age. I'm talking Sumerians, Babylonians, Assyrians, Egyptians, etc.

I am not sure but try the Ancient Wars. Also go to the mod discussion at forumshttp://www.twcenter.net/forums/forumdisplay.php?s=&daysprune=&f=214
Or go to the search thingy at the bottom of the page and search for RTW hosted mods.

Maybe the mod "Gods and Fighting Men"? I don't know, haven't played it, but it sounds about the right era...
Also if you had BI, you could get Troy: Total War, which is bronze age.

It is? Ooops But anyway, Troy: Total War is definitely Bronze Age, but I don't think it includes stuff like Persia.

    Hi there.

Is there a mod that balances the factions so that they have at least some capability in all the other areas, for example, the Greeks have decent but very slow hoplites and piss-poor cavarly,is there a mod that makes their cavarly not suck nearly as much and maybemakes the hoplites a bit more powerful, and still have onagers or other weapons like that?
