Default Feasibility of Culture AND Religion?

Since culture essentially replaced religion in the Isle Kindoms Campaign, I doubt there can be two simultaneous version of the script running. I'm very new to scripting though, and justed want thoughts on this.

The result of this would be limitless. In addition to Kingdom's feature of training foreign units

    a) Defection: City bribing difficulty can be based upon how much of the city's population is of your culture's origin. For settlement without a strong governor and high % of your culture, its people should be relatively inclined to join you. This could possibly come into play with AI region negotiations, if the AI's culture has very stake in one of their settlement.

    b) Settlement Happiness: Increase the effects from Kingdoms: regions with contested culture presences are peaceful if the two cultures are at peace/allied, and the governor is tolerating; regions with contested cultures at war should revolt as it could experience civil war.

    c) Rebel Identity: This is a minor one, but this could be used as an identifier for rebels beyond their name/roster. Not entirely sure if this conceptually works out.

    d) Missions and Goals: The Nobles and the people naturally want a foreign held region with high culture of your origin to be conquered/bribed/negotiated. The AI would be more focused on taking territories with common culture.

    e) Traits and Pretenders: This would naturally go well with Blood, Broads, & Bastards 2.1/Grim Reality:

e.1) Generals married into your family or bribed of foreign culture would help assimilate new cities conquered from that culture peacefully (lower unrest).

e.2) Thanks to blood tracking by BBB, when a kingdom's leader dies and the heir has low authority, foreign generals can also stake a claim to the throne, through marriages and blood. This captures the spirit of a lot of conflicts in Western Europe, especially the Hundred Years War. AI Generals will also do the same when the player's leader die, possibly causing weak cultured regions to defect in favour of the usurper. The extend a General can stake his claim should be based on popularity/ascension-conditions (I'm not an expert on the latter, but Wikipedia still holds a 2000 long list on people who can succeed to the English crown, in order).
