    Default Empire at War Mod

How easily could I create a mod in which the Roman Empire would be at it's greatest extent (during Trajan's reign). However most of the factions would be Roman. There would be one small faction in Rome to provide the role of SPQR like in vanilla as the unifying force behind all those Roman factions. But in essence the Prefect of Britannia would be the faction leader of the Britannic Prefecture, and the Prefecture of Aegyptus, Italia, Romano-Iberians etc... would all be factions in their own rite. I suppose I would like to know just how many subordinate factions I could add to the superfaction, and how easily. (i.e. in vanilla instead of three subordinate factions I could maybe have 12 subordinate factions?)
is it anything like having a whole bunch of factions associated thru the pope in M2TW?

I know you have alot of ideas and you mean well but putting posts like this in a mod forum that is well developed and has all the ideas implemented already is kind of somewhat raising some eyebrows in this forum. If you want to have your ideas in a mod maybe you can start learning how to mod. And maybe recruit people to help you with your idea. But as for the RTR them I assume they are to busy on this mod. Below is a link that has all the info in about modding. From making a new faction from scratch to the 3d modelling aspects. Just to let you know modding is not a cake walk so you will need alot of patience. http://forums.totalwar.org/vb/local_links.php?catid=70
