    Default city battle limit

Hey, i was wondering if it was possible to make the city battle limit longer. i nearly lost a battle by default even though i had twice the men purely because wall battles take a very long time and the enemy had two senior general units in their city sqaure which took a long time to kill.

I don't believe there is a way to mod the battle limit amounts. It is easy to turn off, though.

When you start a campaign check the no time limit option. Unfortunatly you can't change it after you start a campaign.

if you lost or having a hard time with a siege battle due to the hardcoded time limit, that means your plan is not an efficient one.

Choose the right units for your army to attack the defender's units. If this option is not available, remember the the city wall have four sides and four gates. Since you outnumbered them, let enemies be occupied in the area where they heavily defended with some of your units, other units go around, let your general and heavy cavalry rush to the center plaza through the other gates with supported infantry. Remember, enemies towers can be yours for missile support too.

    Have fun.

Yes you can. Not in a battle, but at the campaign map: Just press esc, then choose game options and you will see it.

Thanks for the correction, maybe it was some old info floating in my brain pan that said there could be problems doing so, but I am glad to be informed it is not so.
