    Default A fix for the unit's scattering problem

    It's really annoying when units come apart when there are stones or dead elephants in their way. So I simply took a newer virsion of descr_vegetation from EB1.0 where this problem no longer exist and switch it with the one in the ibfd/dada folder.

    Glad that at least you think so...

    I've been thinking about transfering other thing from EB1.0 to IBFD.. like skies or terrain...

    Can you tell me what files contain these things so I could switch them?

    skies would usually edit descr_battle_map_lighting_and_fog_control.txt, descr_daytypes.txt, descr_skydome.txt

    try installing the skies option from IBFD into a tremporary folder, you will see what files are edited there.

    same with terrain, try extracting the vegetation options

    By units coming apart do you mean that some individuals can't stay in the grid formation and have to walk around the object, or does something else happen to break up the entire grid?

    Maybe I've not noticed this, but it's somewhat the hazard of engaging in areas with rough terrain and obsticles.

    Yeah, I was wondering that. Isn't the rough ground meant to disrupt unit formation and favour loose or skirmish troops, etc? A bit confused here (not hard to do)!
