<request> Manuel Komnenus younger

I tried making the Byzantine emperor Manuel younger in the decrs_strat, but when I tried to start a campaign, instead of loading the camp map, it went to the load campaign/continue campaign menu. Has any had success with what I tried to do? Any suggestions.

I did this in the first place beacuse when the Byz. campaign starts, Manuel is 46, and I want a long healthy campaign with him, the hell with the accuracy of his age. Whats the point in having a hero general if he only lives for a short length of time?

Have you made sure that his kids aren't older than him?
If not thtan that is the problem.

There is also a set number of years there must be between his age and his childs.

I believe it is 10 years, its is all in the descr_campaign_db file in the data folder, everything can be tweaked there such as the ability to marry off your daughters at a younger age and have your sons come of age faster, such as 14 for example.
