    Rio VII Flagellum Dei

    New City level infra structure buildings.
    Treasury building: needed to build upper tier economic buildings in a military city
    logistica logistics building:
    needed to build upper tier military buildings in an economic city
    logistica Engineer Corps building
    Will allow the military and economic cities to build buildings outside of their ascribed predispositions: Military cities can build high level economic buildings and likewise for economic cities.
    Capital cities remain supreme in all aspects of building.
    2. Empire East: Master Fabrica building.
    Only in Constantinople
    3. Pre Strategikon-barracks only in Constantinople better armoured cavalry missle troops davidharvey1 idea for this advanced barracks. Needs Master Fabrica first to build.
    4. Horse Stud farms: impacts trade more for Nomadic and Hun cultures

    7. General unit ...attributes increased. Hit points back to 1
    8. very limited number of sapping units will be only recruited at the new siege_engineer building.
    9. redid many unit costs armour stats. This is to display realistic costs, armour, and battle stats in comparison to each of the different army branches(cavalry, infantry, ect...)within each faction. Factions differ from each other in these stats but an overall a realism has been attempted.
    10. Further Blended in Pics and Gaels.
    When either the Pics or the Gaels conquer each others territory they will be able to recruit some of the others factions units. They will although have separate textures thus appearing differently in the game battles.
    11. Core buildings starting with the governors villa(large town) will be a hearth of sorts for a factions advanced unit. This will up tempo the game a bit and give factions a strong unit early on in the game. This will be more magnified with the Saxons for they will be able to eventually recruit the units below by the creation of the Imperial palace.

    12. Added several more units.(Slav armoured Chosen Noble: with Scolots suggestions and unit description) and a others(with some texture manipulation) including the candidati bodyguard....and others
    13. Revised several provinces on the map.
    14. Scolots regional province and city corrections.
    15. Edited descr_regions and descr_strats changed many provinces ownerships for realism or for historical accuracy.
    16. the Saiones from the Ostrogoth palace(Ostrogoth elite late units) can be recruited.:Hohenlohe idea to have Saiones

    I'll patch this one for sure. Its very near to its conclusion. But possibly a expansion after the patch ...there are a few things I still want to add. Somethings geared to the Justinian era
